In about 20 km east of Alanya. The sea and the beach is sandy, in some parts sand rock. Some parts of the coast that is about 5 km. are natural beaches.

In the parts where there are refreshment stalls, deck chairs and umbrellas are available. Entrance is free. Mahmutlar coast is on Alanya-Gazipas a road and there are public buses to the area all day long.
