Booking an Inspection trip

There is only one way to buy a home in Turkey. We believe that this is during one of our subsidised inspection trips. The inspection is a four or five day information and viewing trip where you will see everything within your price range.

You will be shown the different areas where our properties are located and visit as complete a range of properties as possible that are both in your price range and ones that you have expressed an interest in viewing.

At the end of your visit you will have become an expert on property and lifestyle in your chosen destination. Over the course of the trip when you make your decision on whether this is for you or not, we explain all the details including total costs, annual costs, legal formalities, flight offers, furniture, letting potential, in fact everything for your new overseas home.

We will arrange your flights through our ABTA bonded travel agent into Antalya Airport from your nearest international airport.

You will be collected from the airport by car and taken directly to your hotel. You will be staying at The Yeniacun Apart Hotel on an Full Board basis. From here you will have up to 6 days of viewing properties as specified in your criteria and budget as well as a comprehensive tour of the beautiful resort of Alanya.

You will have your own guide in a private car giving you the personal attention that you need to make sure any questions you may have can be answered straight away.

All you pay is the cost of your flights we cover all the additional costs.

Please note: your passport must have more than 90 days before it expires for you to be able to enter Turkey. You will also need to purchase a visa on arrival at Antalya airport at a cost of 15 Euros per person; this cost is not included in the tour.

A typical 1 week inspection tour will be as follows;

Day 1 - sightseeing around the resort
Day 2 - Viewing properties
Day 3 - Viewing properties
Day 4 - Viewing properties
Day 5 -View property shortlist / open bank accounts
Day 6 -Relax

We feel that in order for you to fully appreciate the area of Alanya you must experience the resort for yourself, to that end we typically do not take up more than 5 hours of your day, allowing you time to explore &enjoy the resort for yourself.
